摘要
以间羟摹苯甲酸和3,4-二氯三氟甲苯为起始原料,经过醚化、硝化和酰化3步反应合成虎威,总收率79.04%,产品纯度91.4%,研究了虎威的合成工艺,试验表明,当温度为75-80℃,反应时间为3.5~4.5h,摩尔配比为三氟羧草醚:甲基磺酰胺:三氯氧磷;1:1.03:1.62,该产品的收率可达91.7%。对合成的氟磺胺草醚经过精制处理,纯度为98.5%,各批次的质量和收率都较稳定,因此该生产工艺可以降低成本,适于工业化生产。
Applied m-hydroxybenzoic 3, 4-dichloride-trifluoride-methylbenzene as starting reagents, fomesafen was synthesized by condensation, nitration and acylation. The total yield was 79.04 % and the purity was 91.4%. The optimum process conditions were as follows: temperature 75-80℃, reaction time 3.5 -4.5 h, molar ratio of acifluorfen: methylsulfoamide: richloridephosphorusoxid = 1 : 1.03 : 1.62, the product yield was 91.7%. After the purification of treatment, the purity of fomesafer was 98.5%.
