摘要
农业、农村和农民问题关系全局,大城市、大农村并存的基本市情决定了农业和农村经济在重庆市国民经济和社会发展中具有特殊的战略地位。重庆农业发展正经历由传统农业向现代农业过渡的阶段,农业发展本身还存在很多问题和矛盾。从对农业资本化问题的初步认识入手,分析重庆农业资本化发展现状、及导致农业资本化水平低的原因,并提出提高重庆农业资本化水平的对策。
The problems of the agriculture, countryside and farmer will impact the development of one country. Meanwhile Chongqing consists of two large parts： big city and big countryside, so the structure makes agriculture and the economy of countryside in Chongqing be in the strategic situation for the development of national economy and society. The agriculture of Chongqing is in the transient process from traditional agriculture to modem one, thus there are many contradictions and problems in it.ll. Based on the recognition of agricultural capitalization, the masons leading to low level of agricultural capitalization were summarized after the analysis of the actuality of agricultural capitalization in Chongqing. In terms of the above arguments and analizations, the countermeasures to provote the eonstrueture of agricultural fundamental establishments were put forward in the thesis.
