摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定咖酚伪麻片中盐酸伪麻黄碱与咖啡因的含量均匀度。方法:采用 Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液(15:85)为流动相,检测波长为210nm。结果:盐酸伪麻黄碱进样量在0.02444~0.611μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.8%。咖啡因进样量在0.01158~0.2895μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.7%。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于咖酚伪麻片中盐酸伪麻黄碱与咖啡因的样品测定及含量均匀度测定。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of content uniformity of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and caffeine in Kafen Weima tablets. Method:The quantitative analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C 18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase of methanol -0.05 mol · L^ -1 disodium dihydrogen phosphate( 15:85 ) , and detection wavelength at 210 nm. Results :The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 02444 -0. 611 μg for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride( r =0. 9999). The average recovery was 99. 8% ;The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 01158 -0. 2895 μg for caffeine (r = 0. 9999 ). The average recovery was 99. 7%. Conclusion:The methed is simple and accurate. It is suitable for determination of content uniformity of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and caffeine in Kafen Weima tablets.
