摘要
从护理操作及置管时间、手术范围、麻醉影响及药物、心理等方面综述了宫颈癌术后尿潴留的原因,并总结了预防护理对策。认为加强心理护理、有效的膀胱训练、掌握拔管时机及方法可以预防其发生。
It summarized the causes of postoperative cervical cancer patients complicated with urine retention from aspects of nursing manipulation and catheter detaining time, the extent of surgery, anesthesia influence, medicine, and psychology, etc. It also summarized both the prevention and the nursing strategies toward these cases. It proposed that to strengthen psychological nursing care, effective bladder training, and to choose the optimal time and method of extubating may prevent urine retention from happening .
