摘要
数字时代版权保护与信息资源共享之间存在一定的冲突,制度均衡是协调版权保护和信息资源共享之间冲突的根本方法。为此,在保护权利人利益的前提下,也应当兼顾社会公众的利益,以促进版权保护与信息资源共享的和谐发展。
The author discusses the conflicts between the shared information resources and copyright protection in the digital age, and holds that the institutional balance is the basic way to moderate the conflicts. The author also believes that both the interests of the copy-right holder and the public should be taken into consideration in order to have a balanced development between the shared information resources and copyright protection.
