摘要
针对煤炭资源资产的特性，分析了影响煤炭资源资产评估的地质因素、技术因素、社会因素及经济因素，且系统地归纳这了些影响因素。
Based on the particularities of coal resource assets,the paper makes an analysis of factors in geology,technology,society and economy that influence assets revaluation of coal resources,and generalize them systematically.The work is the first step in syudying the theory and method of assets revaluation of coal rsources.
