摘要
本文用反相高效液相色谱法分离并测定了中药知母中菝葜皂甙元,建立了中药中菝葜皂甙元分离测定的色谱方法。色谱条件:ODS柱,以甲醇为流动相,RID—6A检测器检测。本方法为知母的质量研究提供了科学依据。
Sarsasapogenin in Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge were separated and determined by RP-HPLG. A chromatographic method for the separation and the determination of the sarsasapogenin was established. The chromatographic conditions are shown as the following: ODS column with methanol as mobile phase. and eluates were monitored with a RIO-6A detector. This method provides scientific basis of quality study of the Anemarrrhena asphodeloides Bunge.
