摘要
在分析浮梁县经济社会的现状和动态发展后,简要阐述绿色财富和绿色浮梁的含义,继而在科学发展观的指导下提出“文化生态立县,绿色科技兴县,绿色工业强县,全民创业富县,平安和谐建县”的发展战略,进而提出“保护和发展森林资源,开拓绿色市场经济,进一步提升工业化水平,加强基础设施建设,夯实县域财政基础”等战略对策。其中绿色市场经济是本着创新的精神,试图进行一些探索。选取全省一些重点林业县,运用主分量分析的方法对社会经济指标和林业经济指标进行综合排序,浮梁县分别位于第四名和第五名。
After analyzing the economic and society present situation and dynamic development of Fuliang County, the meanings of the green fortune and the green Fuliang axe elaborated. Under the scientific view of development, the development strategy as ＂cultural ecology sets up the county, green science and technology promotes to the county, green industry strengthens the county, all the people starts an undertaking to richen and construct the county harmoniously＂ is proposed. Some countermeasures to construct a strong Fuliang with green economy axe given. Among these , the green market economy is an innovation through which some explorations are attempted to make.By using the component analysis method, some forestry counties selected in Jiangxi Province are made a synthetic arrangement according to their social economy targets and forestry economic indexes, Fuliang locates the fourth and the frith respectively.
