摘要
对“森林资源规划设计调查主要技术规定”和“国家森林资源连续清查技术规定”中名称相同,而内容不同的“有林地、疏林地和灌木林地划分,优势树种,采伐迹地、火烧迹地,森林类别、林种,起源,坡度”和名称不同而内容相同的“自然保护区林、自然保护林,未成林造林地、未成林地,辅助生产林地、林业辅助生产用地”限定词含义等标准中的差异和矛盾等进行了论述和分析,并提出了解决办法。
The paper discusses the differences and contradictions in the definitions of some finite temas in Major Technical Regulations of Forest Resources Inventory, Planning and Design, and Technical Regulations of / National Forest Resources Continuous Inventory, in both of which there are some temas having same nmne with different meanings or having same meaning with different names. Thus the paper forwards the solution to the issues identified.
