“国际电子导师计划”及其对我国高校的启示 被引量：5

摘要 目前,我国高校正在围绕建设创新型国家而努力构建创新人才培养模式。文章在论述“国际电子导师计划”的宗旨、内容、实施过程及取得成果的基础上,提出要更新高校人才培养模式,改革高校教学内容、教学方法,改革高校导师制,加强大学生职业指导,促进大学生职业发展等若干建议。
