摘要
目的 评价冠外附着体固位型可摘局部义齿修复肯氏工类和Ⅱ类牙列缺损的修复效果。方法 采用vario-sofisnapOCorSG附着体，为30例肯氏工类牙列缺损和12例肯氏Ⅱ类牙列缺损患者制作50件弹性冠外附着体，观察其修复效果。结果 随访6个月-10年，患者均感觉冠外附着体固位型可摘局部义齿美观，舒适、固位稳定性好，咀嚼效能高，有利于基牙和支持组织的健康。结论 缓冲型冠外附着体固位型可摘局部义齿修复游离端牙列缺损，长期修复效果好，有较好的临床应用前景。
Objective To evaluate the clinical prosthetic effects of ten years of distal extensive partial dentures with extracoronal buffered attachments. Methods 50 pieces of distal extensive dentures with vario-sefi snap OC or SG attachments were made for 42 patients, in which there were 30 cases of the Kennedy Ⅰ classification and 12 cases of the Kennedy Ⅱ classification, Resuits The patients with buffered attachment prosthese had been followed up for 0.5 to 10 years. All the attachment dentures were good looking, comfortable, good retented, stable and high mastication functioning. All the dentures were beneficial to the health of abutments and sustaining tissues. Conclusion The prostheses with extracoronal buffered attachemnts could achieve long prosthetic effect and had a good clinical prospective.
