摘要
利用太空搭载的决明属牧草6个品种的种子,通过盆栽试验观测其搭载效应,试验结果表明,搭载后2204、2217的出苗率极显著提高,34721、92985的出苗率显著提高;86134植株冠高有显著减少、分枝数有显著增加,2204叶长有显著减少,2217叶宽有显著减少;34721生物量有显著减少、86134有极显著减少;6个品种生殖生长期都有不同程度的差异;86134的P和K含量有极显著提高。
The seeds of six Charnaecrista spp. carried by spaceship and the effects on SP1 generation were studied. The results showed that the germination rates of 2204, 2217, 34721 and 92985 were increased; the plant height of 86134 was decreased and its branch number was increased, the leaf length of 2204 was decreased, the leaf width of 2217 was decreased; the biomasses of 34721 and 86134 were decreased; the durations of reproductive growth of six Chamaecrist varieties were changed signlficantly; and the contents of phosphorus and potassium of the cultivar of 86134 were increased.
