摘要 目的:研究蜂胶黄酮对小鼠脑组织的抗氧化系统的作用,以期探讨蜂胶黄酮的抗衰老作用机制。方法:以小鼠为实验对象,以其脑SOD、CSH-Px、MDA为指标,考察蜂胶黄嗣的抗衰老作用。结果:蜂胶乙醇提取物(EEP)可使脑组织中SOD、GSH- Px活性明显增高,和空白组相比具有显著差异(P<0.01);使脑组织MDA明显降低,和空白组相比具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:EEP可有效地提高脑组织中抗氧化酶的活性,降低脑MDA的含量,抑制和/或减轻脂质过氧化反应,从而防止了自由基过氧化对脑组织的损伤,可能是有效的脑组织保护剂。 Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanism of propolis flavone in the mice's brains. Methods: Propohs flavone was given to mice for 25 days. Then the study ability of mice, the content of SOD, GSH - Px and MDA were determined. Results: The extract of propolis flavone, EEP, could increase the ability of SOD and GSH- Px in the brain tissue and decrease that ef MDA, compared with the control group, there were significant differences(P all 〈 0.01). Conclusion: EEP can raise the activity of the anti - oxidized enzyme in tile brain tissue effectively, lower the content of MDA and inhibit and/or alleviate the over- oxidization reaction of lipin so as to avoid the damages of the brain tissue caused by the free radicals'over- oxidization; therefore, it may be an effective protective drug for the brain tissue.
