摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要目标。和谐社会同时又是一个法治社会,社会主义法治与社会主义和谐社会具有内在的必然联系,从本质上说两者是一致的,因此在实践中通过法治手段可以促进、保障和维护社会主义和谐社会的构建,法治在构建社会主义和谐社会方面具有重要的作用。
It is an important target for socialist modernization drive in China to construct a socialist harmonious society. A harmonious society is also a society of rule by law. Socialist rule by law is of internal inexorable connection with socialist harmonious society. Essentially speaking, the former corresponds with the latter. Thus, the method of role by law can enhance, guarantee and maintain the construction of socialist harmonious society. Rule by law plays an important role in constructing a socialist harmonious society.
