摘要 高压水除鳞效果的好坏直接影响钢板产品的表面质量及轧辊寿命.本文介绍了一种新型高效节能高压水除鳞系统,该系统应用高压变频调速技术、宽窄除鳞独立或联用控制技术、低压预充水技术、隔膜式蓄势罐缓冲减振技术、高压大流量离心泵、自动反洗过滤装置、2级计算机系统自动控制等多项前沿技术,取得了较好的经济与社会效益. The surface quality of the rolled steel plate and the service life of the mill roller are crucially dependent on the effectiveness of the de-scaling system with high-pressured water. A new model of high performance and energy-saving de- scaling system with high-pressured water is described in the paper, which employed such advanced techniques as speed reg- ulation with high-voltage frequency converter, single or joint narrow/wide de-scaling process, low-pressure water refilling, buffering with a diaphragm-type energy accumulator, adoption of a high-pressure and large-flow centrifugal pump, automatic backwashing and filtrating, and level-2 computer control. Good economical and social benefits were obtained by employing the new de-scaling system.
