摘要
介绍应用SPCE061A单片机实现高精度、等精度测频的原理及方法。利用16位定时/计数器TCA、TCB在同步门内分别对频标fS、被测频率fX计数,实现了等精度测频,由于选择TCA时钟源A的最高频率作为频标,显著提高了测频精度。应用时基信号发生器的4Hz信号中断源设置了预置门,应用选频逻辑TMB1中断源实现了显示器的定时刷新。该测频系统具有测频精度高、测频范围可扩展等优点。
This paper produced the principle and method of realizing high precision and equal precision frequenty measure by applying SPCE061A single chip microcomputer. The equal precision frequency measure was realied, through using the 16bit timer-counter TCA and TCB to count for frequency stanard and being measured frequency in synchronism door.Because the most hight frequency of TCA clock source A was selected to frequency stanard,frequency measure precision was raised remarkably.The predetermine door was set up by using 4Hz signal interrupt source of time base signal generator.A indicator time renovating was realied by using selection frequency logic TMB1 interrupt source.The frequency measure system possessed the aduantage of high precision and measuring range to be expanded.
