有机玻璃的分子结构对其性能的影响

摘要 通过甲基丙烯酸甲酯本体聚合得到不同厚度有机玻璃板,对不同厚度和同一板上不同位置(边缘或中心)样品的摩尔质量及其分布、热学、机械和溶液性能进行了研究。发现较厚板材边缘摩尔质量高于中部、厚板的摩尔质量高于薄板,且摩尔质量分布更集中;板材的玻璃化温度、拉伸强度、冲击强度和溶液黏度均随摩尔质量的增大而增大。 The organic glass plates with different thicknesses were produced by means of bulk polymerization of methyl methacrylate. The molecular weight (Mw) and its distribution (MWD), thermal, mechanical and solution properties of poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) samples collected from organic glass plates with different thicknesses and different position were studied. It was found that Mw of PMMA samples collected from the side of phe plate was greater than that of PMMA samples collected from the central of the plate, and the MWD of the former samples was narrower. The glass transition temperature ( Ts) , tensile and impact strengths, and the solution viscosity of the PMMA plate increased with the increase of Mw.
