基于分子靶点分析抗癫痫中药作用机制的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文结合癫痫分子机理的研究进展,分析典型抗癫痫单复方中药作用的分子基础,发现它们以GABA、NMDA、Caspase和c-fos为目标发挥抗痫作用。同时,对应这些分子靶点的化学物质也得到初步鉴定,为开发新的抗癫痫药物提供线索,也为建立抗癫痫中药标准化分析方法提供理论依据。
