摘要
用电子显微镜观察和分析了16MnR钢板冲压裂纹的显微组织。结果表明,开裂的主要原因是显微组织中有贝氏体型(粒状贝氏体、块状反应产物)非平衡组织。该组织在光学显微镜下很难与铁素体加珠光体组织区别。试验结果为预防和解决16MnR钢板冲压开裂提供了理论依据。
The microstructure of 16MnR steel plate cracking by stamping was observed and analyzed by SEM. The results show that the main reason for cracking is bainite non-equilibrium structure (granular bainite and massive transformation results) in the microstructure. It is difficult to distinguish such a structure from F + P structure by optical microscope. The results also provide a theoretical basis for preventing and resolving 16MnR steel plate cracking by stamping.
