摘要
在基层图书馆中资金不足的问题掩盖了图书馆内部存在的需要整改的问题。分析了基层图书馆内部管理存在的问题,提出了一些整改建议。
The shortage of the funds in the basic-level library conceals the problems needing rectification and reform within the library. This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the internal management of the basic-level library, and advances some suggestions on the rectification and reform.
