口腔种植用羟基磷灰石-氧化锆复合陶瓷的机械性能测试 被引量:2

Mechanical Properties of Hydroxyapatite-Zirconia Ceramics as Dental Implant

摘要 目的研制具有优良机械力学性能的口腔种植用羟基磷灰石(HAp)-氧化锆(ZrO2)复合陶瓷。方法按照HAp∶ZrO2体积比分组(A组4∶6,B组5∶5),运用放电等离子烧结制备HAp-ZrO2复合陶瓷。测定各组瓷块的体积密度、三点弯曲强度、断裂韧性及硬度;比较各组试件的机械性能差异。结果A组和B组陶瓷体积密度分别为(4.87±0.03)g/cm3和(4.57±0.05)g/cm3,陶瓷相对密度分别为99.47%和99.13%;表观气孔率分别为(3.74±1.5)%和(2.54±1.1)%;上述数值与理论值比较均无统计学差异。A组陶瓷的弯曲强度、硬度明显大于B组:(598±65)MPavs(442±31)MPa,(9.7±0.1)Gpavs(9.5±0.1)Gpa(P均<0.0.1);两组断裂韧性相近:(2.6±0.2)MPa.m1/2vs(2.5±0.2)MPa.m1/2(P>0.0.5)。结论Hap-ZrO2复合陶瓷中随着Hap组分含量的增加及ZrO2含量的减少,其机械性能下降。 Objective To obtain the hydroxyapatite(HAp)-zirconia (ZrO2 )ceramics as dental implant with good mechanical properties. Methods HAp-ZrO2 ceramics were obtained with a novel consolidation technique, spark plasma sintering ( group A, with constitution 4:6, group B, 5:5). The cubage density, three point flexural strength, fracture toughness and hardness were measured. The differences of mechanical properties between the groups were analysed. Results The cubage density, relative density and ratio of pores of group A and group B were (4.87 ± 0.03)g/cm^3 vs (4.57 ±0.05) g/cm^3, 99.47% vs 99.13%, and (3.74 ±1.5)% vs (2.54 ±1.1)%, respectively. There were no obvious statistic differences between cubage density and theoretic density of both groups. The three point flexural strength and hardness of group A were significantly greater than those of group B [ (598 ±65) MPa vs (442 ±31 ) MPa and (9.7 ±0.1 ) GPa vs (9.5 ±0.1 ) GPa, respectively, P 〈0.0.1 for both]. The fracture toughness was similar between the two groups ( [ 2.6 ± 0.2 ] MPa·m^1/2 vs [ 2. 5 ± 0.2 ] MPa·m^1/2 ) ( P 〉 0.0. 5). Conclusion The larger amount of composition of HAp and lower amount of ZrO2 are contained, the lower mechanical properties the HAp-ZrO2 ceramics bear.
