摘要
１００例肾病综合征患者按全国中医肾病会议标准辨证，并根据伴有病症分为中药加激素组、单纯中药组，观察两组治疗前后的主症、尿蛋白、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、尿素氮等项指标的变化。治疗结果，中药加激素组完全或基本缓解占４９％，总有效率为９０．７％。认为中药加激素虽是有效的治疗方法，但尽快寻找出替代激素的中药，是当前重要的课题。
cases of nephrotic syndrome were divided into TCM drug plus hormone group and TCM drug alone group.The main symptoms and the criteria of urinary protein,blood creatinine,endogenous creatinine clearance rate and urea nitrogen of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment.The results showed that in the TCM drug plus hormone group,the symptoms of 49% of the patients were entirely relieved or generally relieved and the total effective rate was 90.7%.The author holds that although TCM drugs plus hormone are effective for treating nephrotic syndrome,to find the TCM drugs in a shorter time which can substitute for the hormone used in the treatment is an important subject to study at present.
