柠檬酸法合成的Ni-Zn铁氧体粉末的结构与电磁性能

摘要 用柠檬酸法合成了不同组分的Ni-Zn铁氧体粉末,利用XRD、SEM分析手段对铁氧体粉末的结构和形貌进行了研究,利用网络分析仪测量了微波频段铁氧体粉末的电磁参数,考察了铁氧体组分变化对其电磁参数的影响。结果表明,用柠檬酸法合成的铁氧体粉末的ε′随测试频率的提高变化很小,随铁氧体中Zn含量的增大而减小:而ε″的值一直保持很小;μ′在2-9GHz范围内随铁氧体中Zn含量的增加而减小,而在9-18GHz范围内则变化很小;μ″基本随铁氧体中Zn含量的增加而减小。 Ni-Zn ferrite powders with different composition were prepared by citrate method. The microstructure and morphology of the samples were characterized by means of XRD and SEM; also, the electromagnetic parameters of Ni-Zn ferrite were measured by using the network analyzer at microwave band, The results shows that, the real part of the permittivity of synthesized powders varies small with frequency and deceases with increasing Zn content; the imaginary part of the permittivity is very small; the real part of the permeability of synthesized powders deceases with increasing Zn content in the range of 2-9GHz but varies small in the range of 9-18GHz; the imaginary part of the permeability decreases with increasing Zn content.
