摘要
针对固井过程中的气窜问题,对纤维水泥浆的防窜性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,纤维水泥浆的静胶凝强度提高速率比无纤维水泥的快,而且静胶凝强度达到一定值之后其抗压强度会迅速增大,有利于固井作业完成后水泥浆的快速凝结,防止气窜的发生;纤维水泥浆与无纤维水泥浆的稠化时间相差较小,且直角化性能理想;纤维长度为350-1400μm、掺量为0.12%~0.3%的纤维水泥浆体系具有较低的水泥浆防窜性能系数,可以有效地提高水泥浆的防窜性能。
For the problem of gas channeling in cementing operations, the experiments of anti-channeling performance of fiber cement slurry were carried out. Research results show that the increase rate of static gel strength of fiber cement is faster than that of cement without fiber, and the compressive strength improves rapidly in case the static gel strength of fiber cement slurry reaches a certain value, which is helpful for cement slurry setting rapidly and preventing the occurrence of gas channeling. Fiber cement has less error in thickening time with cement without fiber and shows an ideal right-angle thickening performance. Fiber cement slurry shows low anti-channeling coefficients with fiber length of 350-1400μm and fiber proportion of 0.12 % -0.3 %, which can efficiently enhance the anti-channeling performance of cement slurry.
