摘要
凝汽器真空是影响汽轮机经济可靠运行的重要参数,抽凝机实际运行在纯凝低真空工况。简述了凝汽器真空应达值和影响真空的主要因素,据此提出凝汽器的节能实践可通过改善抽凝机组的真空度,以达到综合煤耗率的最小化,降低发电成本,提高汽轮机运行的经济性。
The vacuum of the steam condenser is an important parameter, which affects the economic and reliable operation of the steam turbine unit. With the operating mode of pure condensing low vacuum in the practical operation on the extraction condensing turbine unit, main factors, which could affect the vacuum, are concluded from the formulation on the value of vacuum that should be achieved. Then the suitable remedy to the problem is proposed to economize the consuming energy on condensing unit to improve the vacuum of extraction unit. As result, the minimum of general coal consuming is achieved, so that the cost of electricity generation is decreased, meantime the economy in the operation of the units is increased.
