摘要
在对高校科研创新团队含义、绩效评估方法介绍的基础上,设计并量化了绩效评估的标准和内容,通过对国内不同类型高校科研创新团队的绩效调查,结合具体例子,对科研创新团队的绩效进行了分析和评估,并给出了一些建议.
Based on introduction of meanings of the sci-tech innovation team and the performance evaluation metho.d, standard and contents of performance evaluation is designed and quantified. By the performance investigation in different inland universities, the performances of science and technology innovation teams are analyzed and evaluated, and suggestions are given at the same time.
