摘要
试验研究了不同生态区域种植的不同类型大豆品种脂肪和蛋白质的相对积累规律。结果表明:吉林省不同生态区域不同类型大豆品种脂肪和蛋白质的相对积累规律不同。中东部湿润区不同类型品种脂肪相对积累规律基本相似,从鼓粒盛期开始,脂肪含量随着鼓粒天数的增加而增加直至成熟;蛋白质相对积累趋势不同,高蛋白品种蛋白质含量随鼓粒天数的增加而增加直至成熟,或成熟时略降低;高产和高脂肪品种在鼓粒盛期蛋白质含量高(40%-42%),此后随着鼓粒天数的增加而降低直至成熟。中南部半湿润区,不同类型品种间脂肪和蛋白质相对积累趋势不同。高脂肪品种不同年份间脂肪和蛋白质相对积累趋势不一致。高蛋白品种不同年份、不同品种间脂肪和蛋白质相对积累规律一致,高蛋白品种脂肪相对积累随着鼓粒天数增加而降低,鼓粒盛期后10-20d达到较低水平,脂肪含量为17%-19%,成熟时又明显回升;蛋白质相对积累随着鼓粒天数增加而增加,到鼓粒盛期后约10d达到最大值45%,成熟时又明显降低。高产品种脂肪和蛋白质相对积累没有明显趋势。
Based on the dynamic analysis of oil and protein contained in high-quality, high-yield soybean varieties in different ecological regions, the accumulative rule of soybean oil and protein in the process of seed forming was studied, and scientific basis on growing high-quality, high-yield soybean varieties was provided. The results showed that in different ecological regions of Jilin province, the relative accumulative rule and accumulative rate were different. The relative accumulative rule of oil was basically the same in the middle-east humid region. From beginning seed to maturity, oil content increased with the increase of days; however, the relative accumulative rule of protein was different, the protein content of high-protein variety increased with the increase of beginning seed days until maturity, or appreciably decreased at maturity; the protein content of high yield, high-oil variety decreased with the increase of days until maturity, and it was the highest at the peak of beginning seed, about 40% - 42%. The relative accumurule of oil and protein among different varieties was different in the middle-south,half-humid region,the relative accumulate rule of oil and protein in high-oil variety was different in different years, but the same in high-protein variety and had no obvious trend in high-yield variety. The relative accumulative rule of oil in high-protein variety decreased with the increase of beginning seed days and increased at maturity. The content of oil ( 17% - 19% ) was lower after 10 - 20 d.The relative accumulative rule of protein in high-protein variety increased with the increase of beginning seed days and decreased at maturity. The content of protein (45%)was the highest after 10 d.
