摘要
当人类跨入21世纪之时,世界各国综合国力的竞争显得尤为激烈,纷纷将建立和完善创新体系作为国家发展的重要任务,我国已将建立创新型国家作为战略目标确定下来。大学生是国家和民族宝贵的人才资源,其创新能力的高低在很大程度上决定国家未来的核心竞争力。本文拟从创新的重要意义、创新人才的基本特征、创新人才的培养途径等三个方面进行探讨。
Competition in integral national power has been getting tenser since the turn of the century; all the countries of the world have decided to establish and perfect their system of innovation. University students are valuable resources for a country, and their innovativeness influences national competitiveness to a great extent. It is supposed to explore the significance of innovation, the characteristics of innovative talents, and approaches of cultivation.
