摘要
文章从法律术语概念、特征入手,探讨了几个法律术语在汉语翻译成维语过程中出现的问题,阐明了法律术语在翻译时应注意的问题和应遵循的原则。
This article from the legal terminology concept, the characteristic obtained, elaborates several questions when the legal terminologies are translated from Chinese to Uighur, as the questions are elaborated, it points out that certain attentions should be paid and certain principles should be followed when the legal terminologies are translated from Chinese to Uighur.
