摘要
在考虑了类金属原子外壳层s,p电子向过渡金属原子d空位的迁移后,提出了一种估算高类金属含量Ni基非晶合金总有效传导电子数的方法。应用在推广的液态金属Ziman理论中,重新考察了高类金属含量对Ni基非晶态合金室温电阻率ρ_0和室温以上温区电阻率温度系数C_f的影响。
The moving of electrons from outers & p shells of metalloids to unfilled d shells of transition metalls was considered,a method estimating total effective conducting electron numbers Z of amorphous Ni-based alloys with high content of metalloids was given. Using the Z value in the Ziman theory extended by Nagel,the effect of content of metalloids on the room temperaure resistivitiesρ_o and the temperature coefficients of resistivity C_f of amorphous Ni-based alloys is discussed.
