摘要
手算法选择压弯钢构件截面时,往往要经过多次尺寸调整后才能满足强度、整体稳定、局部稳定、刚度几方面的要求,计算过程既繁又慢,且不易得到最优截面。为改进这一计算过程,给出了满足设计条件的长细比,截面高宽比的迭代计算公式,编写了相应的截面优化计算机程序。算例表明,用程序优化设计的钢压弯构件可比手算法节省钢材12%左右。
When cross-sections of steel beam-columns are selected with traditional design method, several times size regulations are often required to meet the strength, overall stability, local stability and rigidity demand. The computation process is complicated and slow, and the optimum sections are rarely got in the final results. The interative calculation formulas of slenderness ratio and section height to width ratio are deduced in accord with the design conditions, and the corresponding computer programs of cross-section optimization for the steel beam-columns are written. Examples results show that about 12% steel can be saved when using the optimization design method.
