摘要
简要分析了高磷锰矿石脱磷的必要性;总结了当前脱磷工艺的研究现状及方法;讨论了微生物脱磷的地球化学和生化基础,探讨了微生物脱磷的机理。从锰矿石中磷的存在形态着手,用一株诱变得到的黑曲霉进行了高磷锰矿脱磷试验。通过该方法,对磷的质量分数为0.19%的锰矿石,磷的去除率为78.5%,脱磷后锰矿中磷的质量分数下降为0.04%。
In this paper, the necessity of dephosphorization from phosphorus - rich manganese ore is briefly analyzed, the present situation of study on dephosphorization and dephosphorization process are reviewed, the geochemical basis, biochemical basis and mechanism of dephosphorization by microorganism are discussed. An aspergillus niger, treated with UV - irradiation, was used for dephosphorization test of phosphorus - rich manganese ore based on the-existing form of phosphorus in manganese ore. With this method,the rate of dephosphorization reached 78.5% and the phosphorus content of the manganese ore dropped from 0.19% down to 0.04%.
