摘要
介绍了一种复合材料层合板单钉连接的有限元简化模型,并基于这种模型对5种不同铺层比例的层合板进行计算分析。对计算所得应力结果采用Tsai-Wu判据进行失效判断,并绘出强度比曲线进行分析,得出其中最优的铺层比例方案。通过与实验结论的比较,验证了这种方法的有效性。根据强度比曲线分布,分析铺层比例对层合板机械连接强度的影响规律,并由此得到提高层合板机械连接强度的方法。最后通过一个例子说明了这种铺层优化方法的有效性。
This paper introduceds a simplified finite element model of composite bolted joints. By computing 5 laminates with diffcrent ply scheme based on the model,the margins of safety with Tsai-Wu criterion is obtained and the curves of the margins of safety can be drawn. By analysing the curves obtained before, the smoothness of the curve can predict the efficiency of bolted joints can be obtained. And by comparing the results we get from FEM with that in manual, it is proved that the method is effective. At the end of the paper, an example is given to prove the effect of the method of laminate optimization.
