摘要
以在LTCC领域具有广泛应用前景的MAS(MgO—A12O3-SiO2)系微晶玻璃作为功能相,系统地研究了粉体粒径、玻璃粉含量及各有机组分的含量对流延浆料流变性能及分散稳定性的影响,结果表明:选用D50为2.23μm的粉体,当φ(玻璃粉)为20%-25%,φ(粘结剂)为15.5%-19%,增塑剂,粘结剂比值R为0.65,φ(分散剂)为4.8%时,浆料黏度适宜,分散稳定性良好。
Using MAS(MgO-A12O3-SiO2) series glass-ceramics as functional phase, which has wide applied outlook in the field of Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic(LTCC), the effects of particle size, glass powder contents and contents of varies organic components on rheological behaviors and dispersing stability of tape-casting slurry were systemically studied The results show that when the/D50 of choiced powder is 2.23μm, φ(glass powder) is 20 %-25 %, φ(binder) is 15.5 %-19 %, the R value (the ratio of plasticizer to binder) is 0.65, and φ(dispersant/powder) is 4.8 %, the slurry viscosity is suitable, and its dispersing stability is well.
