摘要
哺乳动物精子成熟是通过与附睾管腔微环境相互作用而实现的,精子通过在附睾内转运过程中与附睾蛋白相互作用获得运动和精卵识别结合能力。附睾蛋白通过直接或间接参与精子膜修饰或有助于保护精子的完整性参与精子成熟过程,与精子成熟相关的附睾蛋白的研究将有助于推动男性生殖医学的研究进展,同时有可能对附睾环节的男性避孕带来新的思路和突破。
The maturation of mammalian sperm is the result of interaction with epididymal microenvironment, the sperm obtains the ability to move, recognize and bind to the zona pellucida, and to fuse with the plasma membrane of the oocyte when it transports throughout the epididymal tube. The epididymal proteins can be directly or indirectly involved in the modification of the sperm menbrance or can contribute to the preservation of sperm integrity, the study of epididymal proteins corresponding sperm maturation may push forward the progression of the reproductive medicine, and bring the new idea and breakthrough of male contraception.
