摘要
2005年6~10月,水温21.0~28.8℃,pH 8.0~8.3,盐度28.5 ̄31.5时,在浙江南麂岛分别利用室内水泥池、筏式挂桶以及水泥沉箱进行了方斑东风螺人工养殖试验研究。试验结果表明:不同方式的养殖效果为室内水泥池最好,水泥沉箱次之,筏式挂桶最差。摄食饵料为虾蟹类优于小杂鱼。经过4个月的人工养殖,生长最快的方斑东风螺(室内水泥池300个/m2)由平均壳高0.75cm长至1.92 cm,体重从0.150g增至1.122g。
From June to October, 2005, the mariculture experiment of shellfish Babylonia areolata was conducted in Nanji Island, Zhejiang Province. Water temperature was hold at 21.0-28.8℃. PH and salinity at 8.0-8.3 and 28.5-31.5, respectively. Three culturing methods (indoor tanks,raft buckets and sunken tanks) were applied to the experiment and the results showed that it had the best effect (growth and survival rate) when cultured in indoor tanks, followed by that in sunken tanks. As for the feedingstuff, shrimp or crab had better effect (growth and survival rate) than small fish. In 4 months, the mean shell height of the experimental group with highest growth rate (in cement pool, 300 inds/m^2) grew from 0.75 cm to 1.92 cm, and the weight increased from 0.150 g to 1.122 g.
