摘要
农村低保制度和城市低保制度是我国社会救助制度的重要组成部分。通过对两者历史发展、制度建立的目的性和享受对象的对比,不仅可以发现农村低保制度落后于城市低保制度,还可以发现农村低保制度发展的障碍。为了加快当前的社会主义新农村建设,维护社会公正,应该推进农村低保制度的发展。
The minimum living standard guarantee system in rural and in urban is the very important party of society rescues system in our country. Comparing the system in urban with in rural,we can see that the rural of minimum living standard guarantee system is fall behind the system in urban. For speeding up the construction of socialism new village, maintenance the society justice, we should advance the development of the minimum living standard guarantee system in rural.
