摘要
数控加工的精度是制造业所最终追求的目标和判别零件加工合格与否的重要指标之一,对形成数控车削加工误差的相关因素进行了分析,在误差敏感方向上,将多种影响加工精度的单项误差叠加起来,建立一种预测数控车削加工误差的算法,并在实际数控车削加工中得到应用。
NC machining accuracy is an important guideline of the target of the manufacturing pursued finally and differentiates the part eligibility or not. This text processes to the related factor in NC turning that affect the process error proceeded the thorough analysis, in the sensitivity direction of the process error, establish the mathematics model of the related influence factor, and make use of the vector adds the method synthesized the consideration all factors to end process the function result of the accuracy, then being made full use in real NC turning machining.
