摘要
目的为了解铜绿假单胞菌对各种抗生素的耐药情况,为临床对由铜绿假单胞菌引起的感染的治疗提供依据。方法对从临床不同感染部位标本中分离到的93株铜绿假单胞菌进行β-内酰胺酶的检测及药敏测定,并对检测结果进行分析。结果93株铜绿假单胞菌对所测试的11种抗生素耐5种以上的有36株,占38.7%,其中β-内酰胺酶阳性的30株,占32.4%.β-内酰胺酶阴性的有6株,占6.2%。结论产β-内酰胺酶的铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性更加严重,目前治疗铜绿假单胞菌的感染可首选亚胺培南,其次为阿米卡星和头孢他啶。
Objective To study Pseudomonas aeruginosa's resistance to several antibiotics and to provide reference to the rapy for the infection caused by P. aeruginosa. Methods Test the drog sesitivity and β-actamase of 93 P. aeruginosa trains isolated fron different clinical infecting site, then analyse the result. Results Among the 93 trains tested by 11 antiboitics, there are 36 trains resistant to more than 5 antibiotics, accounting for 38.7 %. 30 trains are β-lactamase positive (32.4 % ) ;6 trains are β-lactamase negative(6.3 % ). Conclusion The drog resistance of P. aeruginosa having β-lactamase is more serious. First drug to treat the infection of p. aeruginosa is imipeneme, second choices are Amikacine and Ceftazidime.
