摘要
研究了数据元的相关内容,分析中国石油数据面临的现状,提出了一种在国际石油数据标准化组织POSC下实现数据元标准化的方案,指出只有在对数据元分析的基础上产生的数据标准,才具有科学性、系统性和规范性,并应用石油数据论证其可行性,希望对中国石油数据中心的建设进行有益的探讨。
This article researches the content of data element, analyzes the actuality of petrolic data in China, and puts forward the project that achieving the standard of data element under the POSC （The Petrotechnical Open Standards Consortium）, it indicates the data standard which is made based on the analysis of data element is the scientific, the systemic and the normative standard. The article expounds the data standardization＇s feasibility with the petrolic data, and hopes that it will be useful for the construction of Chinese petrol data center.
