摘要
以阳离子交换树脂NKC-9为催化剂,以草酸和异戊醇为原料,对草酸二异戊酯的合成工艺进行了研究。考察了反应温度、原料配比、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响,通过正交实验得到了最佳酯化反应工艺条件。在n(异戊醇)∶n(草酸)=3.5∶1、w(NKC-9)=2.0%、反应温度不大于120℃进行减压酯化反应,在反应时间为3.5h的条件下,草酸的转化率达到94.9%,催化剂重复使用7次后,草酸的转化率仍然可达到94.0%。
Di-isoamyl oxalate was synthesized from oxalic acid and iso-amyl exchange resin (NKC-9)by esterification technique under temperature,molar ratio of iso-amyl alcohol to oxalic acid, c reduced pressure. The alcohol over cation effect of reaction atalyst added amount and reaction time on esterification was investigated. Under the optimum reaction conditions of n(iso-amyl alcohol) : n (oxalic acid)=3.5:1 ,a NKC-9 content of 2.0%(based on the total mass of oxalic acid and iso-amyl alcohol) ,a reaction temperature of less than 120℃ and a reaction time of 3.5 h,the oxalic acid conversions of fresh catalyst and after recycling for 7 times were 94.9% and 94.0% ,respectively.
