摘要
目的观察孔石莼多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法应用水煮醇沉法从海洋生物孔石莼中获得孔石莼多糖,观察孔石莼多糖对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。结果200 mg/(kg.d)孔石莼多糖能明显促进小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数。100,200 mg/(kg.d)剂量能显著促进ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化能力,增强小鼠的迟发性超敏反应,提高小鼠的血清溶血素水平,增强小鼠的碳廓清能力,提高小鼠NK细胞的杀伤活性。结论孔石莼多糖能明显调节机体的细胞免疫与体液免疫功能,促进NK细胞的杀伤活性及巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。
Purpose To investigate the effect of polysaccharides from Ulva pertusa on immune function in mice. Methods The effect of ig polysaccharides from Ulva pertusa in dose of 50, 100,200 mg/(kg·d) for 15 days on immune function was studied in mice. Results The polysaccharides from Ulva pertusa markedly enhanced the weight index of thymus and spleen at the dose of 200 mg/(kg·d), and significantly enhanced the proliferation of spleen T lymphocytes, the activity of NK cells, the clearance of charcoal particle, the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) and the serum hemolysins in mice at the dose of 100 and 200 mg/(kg·d) respectively. Conclusion The results showed that the polysaccharides from Ulva pertusa had an obvious effect of improving immune function in mice, which suggested one of mechanisms of its inhibiting the growth of sarcoma in mice.
