摘要
目的通过研究骨髓间质细胞在丝素膜上的贴壁、生长繁殖情况及对细胞遗传学的影响,探讨生物相容性。方法将兔骨髓间质细胞分别接种于多孔丝素膜、致密丝素膜和脑膜卫士等生物材料上,采用细胞计数法和染色体检测法,研究丝素膜对细胞贴壁、生长繁殖情况及染色体的影响。结果丝素膜能支持细胞在其表面贴壁,生长曲线和染色体正常。结论丝素膜对骨髓间质细胞有良好的生物相容性。
Objective To explore the biocompatibility by investigating the effects about attachment, growth and cytogenetic property of bone marrow stem cells on silk fibroin films. Methods Rabbit bone marrow stem cells were cultivated on porous silk fibroin films, compact silk fibroin films, dura-guard. The effects of attachment, growth curve and cytogenetic property of bone marrow stem cells on silk fibroin films were studied by viable cell counts and detection of chromosome aberration rate. Results Bone marrow stem cells can attach and grow on silk fibroin films ; growth curve and chromosome were normal. Conclusion Silk fibroin films have a good biocompatibility with bone marrow stem cells.
