超声弹性成像诊断乳腺局灶性病变价值的初步探讨 被引量:16

The preliminary investigation of ultrasonic elastography in diagnosing focal breast lesions

摘要 目的探讨超声弹性成像对乳腺局灶性病变鉴别诊断的价值。方法应用超声弹性成像对219例患者共290个乳腺结节进行检查,采用5分评分法进行评价。所有患者均行手术经病理证实。结果良性153例共218个结节,恶性66例共72个结节,超声弹性成像诊断恶性病变敏感性为81.9%,特异性为95.0%,准确性为91.7%。结论超声弹性成像有助于乳腺肿瘤良恶性鉴别。 Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonic elastography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods Two hundred and nineteen patients with 290 lesions were examined by ultrasonic elastography and compared with the pathology. The lesions were evaluated by elastographic strain scores, which were classified into five. The lesions with score 4, 5 were diagnosed as malignancy, and the lesions with score less than 3 were diagnosed as benign. Results One hundred and fifty - three patients with 218 lesions were in the benign group and sixty- six patients with 72 lesions were in the malignant group. The sensitivity, specificity, and the accuracy of RET for diagnosing malignant breast lesions is 81.9% ,95.0%, and 91.7% respectively. Conclusions Ultrasonic elastography is helpful in differentiating between malignant and benign breast lesions.
