摘要
对壁厚为210mm的反应堆压力容器模拟锻件用SA508—3CL钢的性能进行了研究。结果表明,模拟锻件的壁厚对冲击性能影响很大,靠近锻件中心部位其冲击性能明显低于内、外壁区域的冲击性能。经过亚临界热处理后,试样的抗拉强度有所下降,但冲击韧度有了很大的提高。回火工艺参数对材料的性能也有很大影响,选择合理的回火工艺参数(19.0~19.3之间),既能满足材料的高抗拉强度,又能获得高韧度。
The properties of SA508-3CL steel forgings for the reactor pressure vessel was studied. The results show that the thickness of vessel has heavy effect on the impact properties. The impact properties are lower in the center of vessel than inner and outer wall. After subcritical treatment, the tensile strength of the sample slightly decreases. However, the impact toughness increases greatly. The tempering process parameters has strong effect on the properties of the vessel. When the tempering parameters are selected in reason( 19. 0- 19. 3),the tensile strength of materials is satisfied,as well as toughness.
