摘要
雨水利用工程的适用条件、水量平衡计算、下垫面径流系数的确定等是《建筑与小区雨水利用工程技术规范》编制中需要解决的关键技术。从工程总体、雨水入渗系统、收集回用系统几方面进行了详细的技术探讨。另外分析了流量径流系数和雨量径流系数,并提出利用径流系数实现对雨水利用工程效果的评估。
Suitable conditions of application, rainwater balance calculation and rainfall runoff intensity of undersoil are key issues in rainwater utilization engineering which are studied along with compi- ling Code of Design and Practice for Rainwater Utilization in Buildings and Sub-districts. Overall engineering, rainwater infiltration system, collection and reuse system and etc. are discussed in detail. Moreover discharge runoff coefficient and pluviometric runoff coefficient are analyzed, the both can be used for evaluating the effect of rainwater utilization.
