摘要
简要介绍了Hopkinson杆的几种工程应用,包括:(1)用同步组装系统进行高温、高应变率耦合作用下材料动态力学性能的测试;(2)在Hopkinson压杆技术中实现单脉冲加载及其在动态损伤力学中的应用;(3)用Hopkinson压杆加载三点弯曲试样测定材料的动态起裂韧性;(4)用Hopkinson压杆技术对加速度传感器在3000-200000g范围内进行g值校准。还介绍了这些应用的基本原理、测试方法及所取得的成果。
Hopkinson pressure bar has been widely used to determine mechanical behavior of materials under high strain rates. It has provided great foundation to the safety and reliability design of materials and structures under impact loading. As an efficient loading and test system, it has also been widely used in many other fields, such as. (1) determination of material behavior under high strain rate and high temperature by using a synchronal assembly system; (2) recovery test with single pulse loading capacity and its application in revolution of damage under dynamic loading; (3) evaluation of dynamic fracture toughness; (4) calibration of acceleration transducer in the range from 10^4 g to 2 × 10^5g. In this paper, not only the principles and testing methods of these applications are demonstrated, but also some test results are introduced. It will be helpful to make the progress in the wider use of Hopkinson bar in the future.
