摘要
从筹建物流管理模拟实验室的必要性出发，针对山西财经大学目前的现状，指出了建设物流管理模拟实验室的必要性。论述了必须改变观念、统筹规划、科学建设、调动实验工作人员的积极性、培养和造就一批自主研制、开发各种管理软件的人才队伍、购买软件要走引进与自主开发相结合的道路等重要性，并在此基础上，提出了筹建物流管理模拟实验室的具体实施方案。
In terms of Shanxi University of Finance and Economies present situation and the significance of establishing Logistics manageraent simulation Laboratory, it is of vital importance to change the traditional view on establishing logistics management simulation laboratory ; make overall plans and scientific constructions; push the laboratory staff to work harder and harder; train and bring up of a group of talents to manufacture and develop software of every conceivable kind what＇ s more, when buying software, we must combine introduction with initiation. On the basis of these key points, the thesis concludes some detailed implement programs on establishing logistics management simulation laboratory.
