摘要
自2001年下半年沪、深股市大幅调整以来,我国证券公司遇到了前所未有的危机,证券业已连续三年全行业亏损,由此也引发了我国证券公司的新一轮重组。本文分析了证券公司重组的动因及重组中存在的问题,并对重组中存在的问题提出了相应的对策和建议。
China＇ s securities companies met with unprecedented crisis because of large scale fall of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock - markets in the later - half - year 2001. The industry of securities had lost in past three year, and it causes the second China＇ s securities companies reorganization. This paper analyses the motives and the problem of the securities companies reorganization , and the author puts forward the countermeasure and the suggestions according to the problems in the securities companies reorganization.
