摘要
钢桥防腐蚀涂层的大气腐蚀是一个相当复杂的过程,存在着许多不确定因素。因而涂层保护寿命预测系统的建立,需要在包含大量不确定信息的灰色状态下进行推理。将灰色理论引入到桥梁防腐蚀涂层的失效研究中,建立了涂层腐蚀坑剥落的面积随时间变化的GM(1,1)模型,并在此基础上推导出桥梁防腐蚀涂层寿命的一般预测公式。通过实例分析计算,该模型预测得到的腐蚀面积和实测值相对误差小于8%,具有较好的拟合精度和预测可靠度。
The atmospheric corrosion of protective coating of steel bridge is an extraordinary complicated process with many uncertain factors. To build life prediction system of coatings requires using gray system which suit for dealing with the case that contains a great number of uncertain information. The gray system theory is introducted for the study of failure of protective coating of bridge, and a gray model GM (1, 1) of coatings corrosion area variantion with time is built, a generic predict formula of protective coating life of bridge is put forward based on this theory. Project practices identify that the prediction is in good agreement with field data, its relative error is less than 8%, so the model has good precision and forecast dependability. 3 tabs, 7 refs.
